How many holiday homes does Het Neerhof have?

We have 1 holiday home that can accommodate up to 26 people. It is therefore ideal for 15–26 people. Perfect for family reunions, multi-generational holidays and groups comprising several families.

Where exactly is Het Neerhof?
We are situated 100 metres from the centre of Westouter (Heuvelland), yet in a very rural setting, at the foot of the Rode and Zwarte Berg, a short distance from Ypres, Poperinge, Belle and Lille.
Is bed linen included?

The rental price includes made-up beds – for the number of people specified at the time of booking.

Can I book for a weekend, a midweek break or a full week?

Yes, you can book with us for a week (7 nights), a short or long weekend (2 or 3 nights) or a midweek break (2, 3 or 4 nights). During the school holidays, you can normally only book from Monday to Friday (4 nights) and Friday to Monday (3 nights). There are fixed periods for certain public holidays; for example, for Ascension Day, bookings are from Wednesday evening until Sunday or Monday morning (4 or 5 nights).

What time can I check in and check out?

Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00. On Sundays, you can check out until 20:00. Check-in and check-out times may vary slightly depending on occupancy — please feel free to enquire about this when making your booking.

Do you accept Flemish holiday vouchers?

Yes, we accept Flemish holiday vouchers.

Is Het Neerhof a real, working farm?
Yes, Het Neerhof is a working farm. We grow potatoes, maize, wheat and sugar beet there. During your stay, you’ll get to experience farm life and meet the animals (including a dog, rabbits, sheep, goats, chickens and a horse).
What sort of things can children do there?
There is a communal heated swimming pool, a trampoline, go-karts, a sandpit, a swing, bikes, scooters, a toy tractor and more toys in the play shed. There is also a football table and a table tennis table. In addition, there is an indoor play area with a large screen for connecting a games console or watching films.
Is there a multi-purpose room available to rent?
There is no separate room available to rent – anyone who rents the farm automatically gets the play area included free of charge.
Is there Wi-Fi available?
Yes, you can use free Wi-Fi in the holiday home.
